I was called, an appointment was scheduled, and I was informed that I might have to leave my ve My car received a mandatory recall for the ABS system. I was called, an appointment was scheduled, and I was informed that I might have to leave my vehicle at the repair center for a week. I was a bit bummed out, but a loaner car would be provided, if needed. As luck would have it - my vehicle had to stay, and I received a midsized loaner car within 20 minutes. The service staff was very quick and efficient with getting me in and out fast. More

CHRIS CALLED INSURANCE TO ENSURE MY EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERED THE COST OF REP I WAS GIVEN RIDE HOME AS VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE KEPT FOR HOURS FOR REPAIR. Replace tire Due to all the roadwork around here my tire hit something which caused a sidewall hole. I called Chris at the service desk and he said bring it in and we'll get you back on road. He found the exact tire got it mounted and had all tires topped off with nitro. Added a clip for a loose mud flap and then my original salesperson took the car and had it washed. Great customer service! More
