Logistical Issues on Nov. 10, 2018? I drop my vehicle off on Saturday, Nov. 10th at 7:10 for an 8:30 appointment. I followed up at 11:00 to get a status. I arrived around 11:45 to pickup I drop my vehicle off on Saturday, Nov. 10th at 7:10 for an 8:30 appointment. I followed up at 11:00 to get a status. I arrived around 11:45 to pickup my vehicle. It was almost 12:30 before it could be located and returned to me. There must have been some Logistical Issues in the Service Dept. More

Making appointment for oil change It took two weeks to get an appointment. I tried calling to schedule an appointment, but I keep bouncing around from person to person. Finally someone It took two weeks to get an appointment. I tried calling to schedule an appointment, but I keep bouncing around from person to person. Finally someone from the dealership took my call and said that they would walk my request to the service department and someone would call me back. I waited two weeks for that phone call. I eventually called again and set up a time to have my oil changed. I essentially waited 2.5 hours with an appointment. Making appointments on line is even more difficult, because they end up getting cancelled. Not sure what happened to the customer service. More
