The service department expects routine visits so they are not as brazen as sales and finance. My advice would be to buy your car at another dealer and get it serviced at Fuccillo. I had a complaint and spoke to finance manager who told me it wasn't his problem that " my sales rep" dropped the ball. My profession revolves around teaching people to not be that shady character that talks to you any old way after the check is cashed. Maybe they will change. More

Service I had a 10:30 appointment and they took my car right in and started working on it. I talked to my Service Rep Chris O’Neal about switch over to synthe I had a 10:30 appointment and they took my car right in and started working on it. Chris was a very respectful and professional young man and I will not hesitate to return to Fuccillo to have my car serviced again. They completed my car and I was back on the road by 11:45.
