It was a little challenging at first but they came through. My Sentra had a serious problem before I even had the brand new car for a year. It had to have the transmission replaced. Then about a year ago the My Sentra had a serious problem before I even had the brand new car for a year. It had to have the transmission replaced. Then about a year ago the car had another serious issue and it took several trips to service department for them to finally get the unit fixed. Most everyone there was nice. All in all, I have been pleased with the service department. More

Bringing my car back I gave my rating because I just had my car serviced and had to bring my car back because it would not start with out a jump.
