Service department is terrible For the second time, I took my vehicle to your dealership because #1, I purchased my vehicle there and I was happy with my experience. I also believe For the second time, I took my vehicle to your dealership because #1, I purchased my vehicle there and I was happy with my experience. I also believe in repeating business with companies when you are satisfied with their services. When I purchased my car, I was given 2 free oil changes. And , the two times I have been back for those oil changes, I have had to wait more than 2 hours for the process to be complete. This is ridiculous as I could easily go elsewhere. This last occasion, I also wanted to purchase new wiper blades. They tried to fit different sized blades which obviously didn't fit and then made me wait for new ones to be delivered without asking me if I minded waiting. They never showed up. I also asked for someone to check my shocks. Never heard from anyone on that. I have never felt more disrespected . is it perhaps, I wasn't a paying customer for those oil changes? I've been in customer service for 20 years and I was so disappointed in the way both oil changes went. I had considered returning In a couple months for maintenance to be done but I think I will just find someone else for my car's needs. More
