Broken mirior during service took weeks of calls to get repa I purchased two cars from this dealership and I am so disappointed in the service received the last few months. A mirror was broken and placed back up I purchased two cars from this dealership and I am so disappointed in the service received the last few months. A mirror was broken and placed back up during a service visit where the car was cleaned. We were told it was ordered and they reinstalled it temporarily. Repeat calls about the mirror were unanswered and not responded to by the service manager, general manager, owner, and salesman. I called repeatedly and when i didn’t not get a call back I would call back. Eventually after threats of calling Nissan a service person called and ordered the mirror. It was replaced the.next day. This was such a headache and i will not purchase from this dealership again which is a shame since I am approaching trade in time. It was significantly better under previous ownership! Paul eventually was informed and took care of it. More

Didn’t complete the job I have utilized this service department a few times now and always appreciate the wash and vac I get when I get my service completed. Didn’t realize u I have utilized this service department a few times now and always appreciate the wash and vac I get when I get my service completed. Didn’t realize until I got all the way home that they only vacuumed the front seat area and completely skipped the back seat and third row altogether. This is the first time this has happened to me. Very disappointed. More
