10K Service Never seems to get what's coming to me, took my car in for 10K at 0600 am and call when I got off work and they didn't have in the computer that my ca Never seems to get what's coming to me, took my car in for 10K at 0600 am and call when I got off work and they didn't have in the computer that my car was there, left my car overnight because I was not sure if my car was done or not, got a call later that day that it was done but was not going back to pick it up, pick it up and the car was not even washed. On a good note thanks to Markus Ratcliff for reinstating my 3 free oil services that the last sales rep. forgot to put on my records at time of purchase. More

My only complaint was when I had to drop it off a few days later for a service they were supposed to detail my car and didn't do the job I expected. They missed several areas and it looks like they rushed through it. I also accidentally left a pair of shoes in the loaner car, my fault, but I tried to call many times that evening and got no help and then the next day they said they could not find them. I'm sure they are in the trash somewhere and it would have been appreciated if they had at least answered the phone when I called right after I dropped off the loaner car. More

Repair was good, service adviser not so good. Overall my experience was OK at best. Vincent, my service advisor doesn’t have very good customer service skills. It seems like the repetitiveness of the job is causing him stress, which leaks over into his people skills. An example; when turning over my keys and waiting around to see if it will be done quick I went back to him a couple times remembering other issues that I forgot to mention initially. Vincent assumed I was there to ask about the status of my car and would say “it’s not done yet”, and kind of give a smirky look. This happened multiple times! After realizing it’s going to be a couple days I rented a car and went on my way. When calling to check the status of my car I was told by another advisor Vincent would call me back, NO CALL!! Finally, after my car was finished Vincent called me at 4:10pm to notify me that my car was finished and to come pick it up. I live in green cove springs, have 3 kids in sports, and just can’t drop what I’m doing to come pick up the car by 6 or 7, whenever you guys close. After telling Vincent this he began lecturing me on how my warranty company probably won’t cover the extra day that I would need. (I planned on picking it up the next morning). He offered to call the warranty company to confirm if they will cover the extra day and call me back. Knowing already how Vincent was I decided to call the warranty company myself just to make sure I was getting the right answer. Fidelity warranty services said it would be no problem and that they would cover it until the next morning. When picking up my car the next morning Vincent was off that day so the other advisor, who was extremely nice, told me Vincent had left him the details on my car and that Fidelity warranty services would not cover the extra day. After telling him I called them and they said they would he called Fidelity to confirm and I was on my way with my car. Vincent obviously tried to pull one on me and have me pay 1 day for the rental but got caught. Not a very good experience Vincent, not sure if I’ll be back. Thanks! -Jeremy Paradise More

15K Service I came in for my 15K service on my Altima. I was disappointed they had used standard oil on my vehicle on this visit and the 2 previous times I had be I came in for my 15K service on my Altima. I was disappointed they had used standard oil on my vehicle on this visit and the 2 previous times I had been here. The 2017 Altima Midnight Edition comes with and recommended by Nissan to use Synthetic oil. I have the pre-paid service I purchased with my car and I know that was for SYNTH oil. I had to speak with the service manager Ben and he had to do some research and he did verify the oil they should have been using is SYNTH oil. They drained the oil and used the correct one recommended by Nissan. Thank you Ben for making it right. As a result it took a little longer than expected for my 15K service but at the end of the day it got resolved and I was happy with the service. The people here are always nice and helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back. More
