Needed my car looked at for a noise I’m hearing I was told there would be a $165 charge just to look at my car. I bought my car at Nissan autonation and it has less than 60,000 miles but since the d I was told there would be a $165 charge just to look at my car. I bought my car at Nissan autonation and it has less than 60,000 miles but since the dealership has changed ownership they will not honor my warranty there. I would have to take it to ford autonation and they would possibly honor the warranty but if there was something they could not fix at ford they would send it to the Nissan shop. So if I wanted my car looked at where I bought my car and where it should be under warranty I’d have to pay $165 just to have them look at it. More

Got a bad new car. Nissan sold me a brand new sentra that has had nothing but problems since year 2. This is my 3rd Nissan sentra so I know they arent all this crappy. Terrible service I had to call my warranty department myself. I had to call the dealership everyday for an update. No one contacted me. Vincent said he would call me b I had to call my warranty department myself. I had to call the dealership everyday for an update. No one contacted me. Vincent said he would call me back and never did. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for an update on my vehicle every day or every couple days. Anything that needed to be done, I had to do myself.
