Wait time/price First I’d like to say the staff is awesome! They treat you great! But I took my car in for an oil change at 8:30 am and didn’t get a call for it until First I’d like to say the staff is awesome! They treat you great! But I took my car in for an oil change at 8:30 am and didn’t get a call for it until 11:30. Also the oil change price is very reasonable. (Chevy used to charge me the same price) but 28.00 for a tire rotation is a bit much. With Chevy I’d get a synthetic oil change and tire roataion for 50 bucks. (Nimnict Chevy) I think from now on I’ll be taking it somewhere else. More

Change is not always better Since the sell of this facility, the service has declined. Not sure why I am spending my time committing on the service of the facility. I never received a response from The email I sent to Mandy Calcote in November complaining about the poor service, so I doubt that I will receive a response regarding this email. Below is a summary of issues related to my most recent visit at your service center. 1. Grease left on my steering wheel and the center console 2. My driver seat was left in the position for a 6 FT tall person. I am only 4’ 11 1/2”tall 3. No follow-up about the part needed to fix my fog lights. On 12/18, I was told that the part would be in the week of 12/24. On 12/28, I contacted Paul to get an update. I was told that the part was not in and he hopes it will be at your Service Center on Monday, so please call back early Monday morning 12/31 to check on the status of the part. I am trying to give this facility an opportunity to step up to the plate and improve service, but every time I attemp to get my car serviced there are always issues. I prefer to have all of my service needs done at this faility. In April 2018, I had $2,300,00 serviced performed on my car and anther $90.00 in November because I could not get my car serviced at this facility. I submitted a complaint about the April service attempt and never heard back from Nissan. Do, I will not be surprised if I do not hear from Nissan regarding this service attempt. More
