3 hours and a waste of time I came in for an appointment. Called before hand. Explained I needed an oil change and to repair a tire that got a puncture on a 2018 I just bought 4 I came in for an appointment. Called before hand. Explained I needed an oil change and to repair a tire that got a puncture on a 2018 I just bought 4 months ago. When I called I told them I have the spare on and the flat is in the truck bed. I told three separate people that the flat was in the bed of the truck. Even one of the service employees stated ‘oh you took it off already’. Three hours later I was told they couldn’t find the leak. And then was told they didn’t check the tire in the back of the truck, after I told three separate employees. 3 hours later they didn’t even get the low pressure light off the truck so I’m driving around not knowing if I’ll have a flat or not. Even with my truck under warranty I will pay another place to service and will not be returning. More

Dishonest with customers On a recent visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation I was treated professionally and competently by the staff. However, two occurrences led On a recent visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation I was treated professionally and competently by the staff. However, two occurrences led to my negative rating. First, I made an appointment online for my oil change and after 1 1/2 hours my car was still not ready. If you are going to allow people to set specific times for service work, then make sure you have sufficient staff to perform the work in a reasonable amount of time. Secondly, and most importantly, I witnessed a complete "rip-off:" of a customer while waiting for my car. A gentleman who was waiting for his car was approached by his service manager - who proceeded to explain that he needed his rear brake pads replaced as they were below 50%. He agreed to have them replaced and was told that the cost would be $250.00 - for two brake pads! When he questioned the pricing, the service manager told him that the rotors needed to be turned and resurfaced so the pads would have a better "grip". When he asked if the rotors were damaged he was told "no" but it is industry standard and recommended that rotors be resurfaced whenever the pads are replaced. In all my years of owning cars I have never had anyone tell me nor have I ever read that the industry standard and recommendation is to have the rotors resurfaced each time the pads are replaced. That was a lie and a complete rip-off of the customer to charge such an outrageous price for replacement of two brake pads. I will not return to this dealership for any reason in the future - I do not deal with companies that are dishonest with their customers. More
