2 hours for an oil change??? I've brought my car in twice now for oil changes and it has taken 2 hours each time. I wrote the service ticket and was directed by service rep to the waiting room. After a couple min Jay came in with my wallet and said I better keep this wallet in my possession. I thanked him and he left. Just before coming to Nisan I went to bank and withdrew cash for a trip. I didnt count the cash when he brought it because I could tell it was bulging with cash. As I was leaving I personally again thanked Jay and let him know what an impression he made on me. To me he went above and beyond what anyone at a car delership could deliver. True trust in your staff at your dealership. That to me will make me a true customer On a side note I didn’t buy m vehicle from you and quit coming to your service dealership because of the unfriendly staff i had experienced twice in the past I experienced. Look at my service records. I had an appoint at the Nissan at the Avenues where I had taken my car for the last 3 years but while driving there for a service appointment I was led to just drop in to get my car serviced at your place. I am so god I did. I can tell Jay has a future in life. He puts the value of others before himself and shows it by example. More
