Bad customer service They are liars and rude and has no customer service ethics I took my car in because there’s was fog inside the radio screen they had told me they were They are liars and rude and has no customer service ethics I took my car in because there’s was fog inside the radio screen they had told me they were going to try to clean it and if it didn’t come clean they would put a new one in They used something on it that scratched it up made it worse then told me that it wasn’t covered under warranty because it was scratched they also told me they were going to have a professional company come in and clean it come to find out it was Michael in paint that tried to clean it So don’t buy a car from them and by all means don’t take your car there to get it fixed More

Brsvo Zulu I came in because of my transmission. From the time I drove in to when I picked my car up, Chris O’Neal exceeded all expectations! I had a platinum I came in because of my transmission. From the time I drove in to when I picked my car up, Chris O’Neal exceeded all expectations! I had a platinum level warranty and you would think getting my transmission replaced would be easy. Not so much! Chris handled every headache that came my. Not to often in the car business you can say they looked out for your best interests but with Chris there is no doubt he is there for you 24/7. It took a lil over a week to replace my transmission but anytime I called he answered. Not once did he let it go to voicemail. Fuccillo needs to use Chris as a business model of how the service department should be ran. More

Awesome service cente My pathfinder rear brakes went out while on our way to the mall. We call the service center for someone to check it out, shortly after arrival at the dealer we were seen. Our car wasnt able to be repaired due to the closing time but they were able to work on it in the morning with a tentative pick up time of 3 pm.
