Wish I could give zero stars! I purchased a brand new 2014 Nissan Juke from another Nissan dealer in January of 2015. Ten months later, the transmission in my vehicle went out. I b I purchased a brand new 2014 Nissan Juke from another Nissan dealer in January of 2015. Ten months later, the transmission in my vehicle went out. I brought it to the previous owners of the Fuccillo dealership, and their service department could not figure out what the issue was, so they replaced my whole transmission under warranty. Fast forward less than 3 years, in June of 2018, my transmission goes out again. At this point I’m a 21 year old female who made the adult decision to finance a brand new vehicle at the age of 18, with the assumption it would have no issues. I was wrong. I brought the Nissan to Fuccillo once again, and got the confirmation that the transmission had gone out. The vehicle was less than 7,000 miles out of warranty. So I had to pay for half of the transmission myself, as NissanOne decided to pay for the other half. When I called to confirm that I did want the transmission replaced, I was told they had ordered it and that it would be at the dealership within 3 business days. After 4 business days I called and asked how it was going, and they told me that it was actually coming from farther away and would take five ADDITIONAL business days. A week of business days later, I call again. At this point they’ve had my vehicle for two weeks. I was told then that the transmission was on back order and had to be shipped from overseas. I brought the Nissan in around the 2nd, and was told my transmission would be in around the 29th. I asked if they could get me a rental or a courtesy vehicle and they said they’d check to see and call me back. I never received that call. Over the course of the month, I spent over $500 on Uber’s and taxis so that I could get to and from work. Then I had to go to Nissan at the end of that month and give them $2000. At this point, all was well. I was upset, but at least I had my vehicle back. However, less than a month later, my vehicle started having more acceleration issues. I brought the car in to Fuccillo again, and they told me they’d have to diagnose it - once again not offering me a courtesy vehicle. I get a call a few hours later and am told that it’s not the transmission, but the turbo charger that comes stock in the Jukes. I called NissanOne again to see if they could help me, since the car was having issues less than a month after being in their shop. They called the service department at Fuccillo who told them the TurbCharger and Transmission have nothing to do with each other (which is so incredibly far from the truth). And NissanOne told me they couldn’t help me. It would be another $2000 to replace the Turbo. After being lied to, manipulated, and turned into an ATM for their service department, I went elsewhere. This happened over 6 months ago, and still affects my day-to-day life. I’m in debt, my credit has decreased due to trying to get loans to pay for the transmission and turbo. I tell everyone I know not to buy a Nissan and definitely not to buy one from Fuccillo. They are shady and manipulative and a HUGE disappointment and disgrace. More
Fiasco Left 2 messages at start of the week to speak w service advisor Paul I’ve always used and never received a call back. I finally set up appt online wit Left 2 messages at start of the week to speak w service advisor Paul I’ve always used and never received a call back. I finally set up appt online without being able to ask questions. They didn’t have my tires in stock although I had input On the online form that I needed tires. Then they couldn’t do my oil change because of a problem w the plug to the oil pan which I was charged $250 for- I’ve nervously had this problem and believe it was a mechanic that caused the problem that I had to pay for. I should have been able to see the damaged oil pan and the new oil pan before and after replacement since I no longer trust that they did it though I paid for it. Also was recommended a brake flush which I had to put on hold due to the surprise oil pan fiasco. When I picked up my car a couple of days later, I was charged $80 more for my repairs than originally quotient because they did the brake flush anyway. After getting upset at cashier window, the general manager finally showed up to remove the unauthorized repair. I will be finding a different service provider for my car- Nissan or not. I can’t trust this dealership in any way, shape, or form. More
Not so friendly service Lady service advisor had an attitude, when she brought the car from the shop, she put the transmission in park before the car had stopped, causing it Lady service advisor had an attitude, when she brought the car from the shop, she put the transmission in park before the car had stopped, causing it to jerk back and forth really bad, my wife and me saw it, she pretended that nothing happened, instead got out of the car with same attitude, which she did not seem to have towards other customers. Every time we had to wait for an oil filter to be ordered from Audi, I think if you promise service for a car that you sold there, it would make sense to stock a few filters to avoid having customers waiting 5 hours for an oil change. We probably won’t come back. We have bough three cars from that dealership within the past 4 years. More
