Ross Edenfield Sales was awesome!!! Thanks Jordan. But I’ve made 5 payments with one month free ( 6 months car in my name) and have not been behind the wheel for mor Sales was awesome!!! But I’ve made 5 payments with one month free ( 6 months car in my name) and have not been behind the wheel for more than a month, been in 4 loner vehicle, they have in shop for 4 days the first time, 3 weeks the second time, 5 weeks the third time, and another month the fourth time. Service department is the hardest people to get a hold of or to get a call back!!! And now I have time sitting on the side of the road for almost two hours to write this with several calls, voice mail’s!! I just picked vehicle up yesterday and it’s broken again!! I have nothing but horrible things to say about the service department!!! Even was told “it’s normal for a vehicle to go through 2 Quart’s of oil in a thousand miles” from Vincent!! And anyone with a slight knowledge of motors know that is total crap!! So without getting any nastier with this, just not happy at all with this vehicle or the way I’ve been treated since I’ve been paying for this vehicle More
