Why make an appointment? I have visited several other Nissan dealerships across the state of Florida to receive service and this one has the worst customer service. It took ov I have visited several other Nissan dealerships across the state of Florida to receive service and this one has the worst customer service. It took over two hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. I could have gone to a super lube and been in and out within 30 mins. When I pulled up to the Service area no one came to my vehicle to assist. I had to go into the service office and search for someone to assist. The people behind the desk didn’t even say “we will be with you in a moment” they just don’t acknowledge you. After waiting over two hours I went into the service office to see what the issue was and and was told my paperwork was just sitting there and they would go “find” my vehicle... once my maintenance plan with Nissan runs it’s course I will not be using this Nissan dealership for any service. If the service department is any indication of what the sales area is like I wouldn’t use this dealership to purchase my next Nissan either. This is my second time using this dealership for service and honestly this visit was just as bad as the last. More
