It was worth the wait I called before I left out of town for the weekend for an oil change and was told to bring my car in. Sorry service I had an appointment for 10:30 03/01/2019, I arrived at 10:10. My wife brought the 2018 Rogue in for only an oil change. I called the service cent to I had an appointment for 10:30 03/01/2019, I arrived at 10:10. My wife brought the 2018 Rogue in for only an oil change. I called the service cent to see if they would wash and vacuum, when my wife finally got word the car was ready it was 1:30. When she got home I check the car over. They said they would vacuum but didn't or top off the fluids. For the time the car was there they could have done a detail. This was the worst experience we have every had. Oil change should take no longer than 30 minutes not three hrs, ridulolous.Do not know names of who attended the car should be on report. More
