Service experience When I arrived for my appointment there was no one around so I had to go looking for someone and I finally found someone to check my am. Again no one around so I found someone at the desk and I said I think it’s done but they weren’t sure so they were going to check. More

Service dept My experience has been with a new vehicle being serviced at fucillo Nissan. Always see Paul(advisor) and gets me in and out. Services was done in a reasonable time frame I gave the rating because, I was greeted immediately upon arriving. I don't recall the name of the young man. this was not timely!!!! Generally, Im a big fan, staff is always courteous and proffesional. I called to let them know I would be a little late for my 10:30 oil change. I went in and asked where my car was. "Ahhhhhh......just finished.......(paper work was on the desk).......sorry no car wash...". A 4 hour oil change while I wait???? This is my second car from Fucillo. Ive had great experiences both times..... this was un characteristically poor. The guy who brought the car up was clearly apologetic and said this should not have taken more than an hour or so. He said he would speak to the service manager. Well I hope so. Next time, speak to him and fill my gas tank. More
