Too long of a wait The overall customer service was great and I had been here several times in the past but the wait was 2 long 4 an oil change. I did not have an scheduled appointment but when I arrived there was only 1 car ahead of mine and everyone after me left first. I had to inquire on what the issue was that was taking so long but I was very pleased with the staff. They immediately got on it and washed it as well More

Chris O'Neal has to be the best service advisor I have purchased only Nissan vehicles for the past 27 years, starting with a hardbody pickup in January 1992. Chris is the best service advisor I hav I have purchased only Nissan vehicles for the past 27 years, starting with a hardbody pickup in January 1992. Chris is the best service advisor I have experienced in that period and as long as he is with Fucillo, I am with Fucillo. At 80 though, I don't expect to need another new pickup - problem is, they last so long. But my 2014 Frontier only has 30K miles approx. on it. More
Took too long The dealership scheduled an appointment for me at 2 pm for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 hours from my scheduled appointment The dealership scheduled an appointment for me at 2 pm for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 1/2 hours from my scheduled appointment for my car to finally be done. I understand that computers were down but it still should not have taken as long as it did. When we asked about my car close to 2 hours being there they had told us it was another 30 minutes atleast ! They hadn’t even started on my car yet. Then when my car was done they just had it sitting there for 15 minutes, no one came and got us to check out. We had to go find someone to check out. Poor service More

No one ever came to me and gave me an update on my vechile and let my car sit there for a few minutes before I went inside and asked for my total and my keys. More

Difficult problem but handled well. I had a strange rattle coming from the dash area or engine bay. It took several days to fix, but I was kept up to date and a rental car was provided, I had a strange rattle coming from the dash area or engine bay. It took several days to fix, but I was kept up to date and a rental car was provided, free of charge. Everything was under warranty and they did a great job. It even drives better since repair. Feels like it did the day I drove it off the lot. More
