I purchased a car from fuccillo Nissan, I paid all together around $8400. I owned the car for 1 whole day before the car would not start. I called a mobile mechanic to run a diagnostic on my car and t together around $8400. I owned the car for 1 whole day before the car would not start. I called a mobile mechanic to run a diagnostic on my car and the codes came back as the fuel pump. I called fuccillo Nissan (because my car has a short warranty on it) and After waiting several hours for a call back, they finally call me and tell me that I have to bring it back. I couldn’t just take it to a sister shop closer to home. On the phone, I told them it was the fuel pump. They insisted I take it back for them to look at it. Reluctantly, I towed it back to fuccillo Nissan to address my concerns. I live 3 hours away so this was not a fun drive. I get there, drop the car off, and go explore the area. After a few hours, I come back to see what they find. I get there and they tell me they haven’t looked at my car yet. After going back and forth with the service department they finally look at my car. The service manager comes out to tell me it’s not my starter, it’s not my transmission, blah blah blah. I tell him I knew that, asked him if his ears worked and told him again it was my fuel pump. After about another 30 minutes or so he comes back to tell me that they can’t even check my fuel pump and tell me that my car is fine. They had me drive 3 hours away, didn’t even check what I knew was the problem, then told me my car was fine anyways. After temporarily losing my marbles,hey sent me to a Kia dealership they work with down the road to preform a pressure test. finally, right? Wrong. According to Kia, my car was fine. Great news I thought. Except my car is still not holding pressure and I’m being told that everything is fine. I had a gut feeling something was wrong, So I take the car to a Kia dealership close to home, wonderful and honest people. They kept my car for 2 days, they let it sit for a day to let my pressure die down to get an accurate reading of my fuel pressure. Guess what? My fuel pump is bad. Also, all the systems for Kia are connected and I had them check to see if a pressure test had been done to my car within the past 2 months. The search came back negative. They didn’t even check my fuel pressure. I paid them to check out, but they didn’t. How wonderful. They lied to me, and exploited the fact that I lived so far away just so I’d leave them alone. Fuccillo Nissan of Orange park and the Kia place down the road knowingly deceived and dismissed me and let me drive around in a car with little to no fuel pressure with no regards to my safety. This is unacceptable and shows a tremendous lack of concerns for their customers. I gave them hours of my time and $8400 to be treated in such a way. I’ve called them numerous times hoping they would make this right, but I have been put on hold, hung up on, and told they would call me back. I’ve now been waiting 6 hours for that phone call back. They know they did wrong and are blatantly ignoring me. Ask yourself, Is this really the type of company you want to do business with? More
Very bad service department One time a service member was rude towards the end of the day when asked how long for an oil change. Service department does not communicate well at all. Something that took 2 hrs took almost 8 hrs for a phone call to say the car was done. They assume it is ok to keep a car overnight to replace a key fob. When calling and leaving messages you won’t get a call back.( left 4 messages). Calling the service manager don’t bother!! Voice mail is full.!! The sales end of the dealership was really good but the service department sucks!!!! More
Everyone was incredibly nice and hard working. I came here with no credit, only a small down payment, and no insurance, BUT this crew made it possible for me to not only drive off the lot with a ca I came here with no credit, only a small down payment, and no insurance, BUT this crew made it possible for me to not only drive off the lot with a car, but I drove off in a brand new, 2020. We were here for a long period of time, but it was all worth it. I’m very grateful. More
Because of Fuccillo Nissan I will leave Nissan FOREVER Worst place I have ever been. Spent $1500 to do the 90,000 mile inspection and fix my AC. I spent the last 3 days without air conditioning but they had no problem taking the money out of my account. I left my truck there for 4 days and obviously nothing was done. I have had a Nissan Titan since 2005, needless to say I will be leaving Nissan due to this company. GM is unprofessional and an overall HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! The only thing "Huge" is the bill you have to pay. Does not even deserve 1 star! More

On her day off she came in and readily helped in getting a loaner till repair on back seat is fixed. I did not go to sales cause I’ve spent enough time there already. The service department is great and Simona is great also. As I stated a 2019 Kicks has a quarter inch tear in rear passenger backrest on side so she said MAY be done Saturday. She had seen my last review and maybe that’s what prompted the dealership to contact me so quickly. Not a bad dealer but you don’t the price or contact till you wait awhile. Total 8 hours. Will update again later. More
