Worst experience ever in working with anyone in car services. Went in to get my back latch fixed (that part was fine) and allowed them to do warranty work (that Goodyear already fixed) and it started m services. My service agent started telling me it had nothing to do with what they worked on.LIE. And he even hung up on my husband when he was trying to explain that that was the exact noise it was making before Goodyear corrected it. Although the service manager got it all handled he was VERY Condescending to me. Won’t be going back there for the other things I need taken care of. More
Service department is terrible, playing games selling services it needed and just trying to find ways to overcharge folks. Worst service imaginable. I've attempted to get my oil changed three separate times unsuccessfully. I've made appointments for each of those said attempts and each time the wait is over 2.5 hours (includi changed three separate times unsuccessfully. I've made appointments for each of those said attempts and each time the wait is over 2.5 hours (including an 8am appointment attempting to be one of the first in line). I'm a single mother with two young children, I don't have the luxury of time. The service department is a joke and so is the customer service. They act like they are doing me the favor of servicing my car instead of treating me like the customer. I was offered a free oil change due to the first bad experience, just to what? Have me come back and go through all of it again? The customers time means nothing to Nissan of Orange Park and the customer experience and service reflects that. More

It still pulls to the right leaving me to believe they didn't fix the problem. Not to mention if u tell me a price I'm gonna pay for car after everything that should be it. Not an additional 6 grand. I did not purchase at NISSAN of Orange Park. They are about a mile away from home so I took it there for warranty work 3x now. Each time they listened to what I said when I dropped it off... advised what about a mile away from home so I took it there for warranty work 3x now. Each time they listened to what I said when I dropped it off... advised what they though it was. I have gotten video showing what was going on with the car each time. They send a text as soon as you drop it off to open communication. They have done exactly what they said they would do each time and I have not had to return for the same problem. Their time frames are accurate and they seem helpful even when you can clearly see how busy they are. Thanks for taking care of the Max for me. More

The worst car buying experience that I have ever had. Purchased vehicle on 11/19...39 days later 3 visits back...salesman don’t return calls...was told the tires where good....had them checked 2 are not.. Purchased vehicle on 11/19...39 days later 3 visits back...salesman don’t return calls...was told the tires where good....had them checked 2 are not...trim/grill issue that was fixed 12/27 the service advisor Marshall Taylor was great took care of that problem and I Thank You...so now I have tire issues called about 6 times and left message as of today no call back wouldn’t be the first time... to chat with salesman because it’s a-must to talk to them first...just want things taken care of very disappointed with this transaction...I know the dealership has new owner I just hope and pray that they treat there customers right... but I see some old employees are still there...it’s not right and I just wouldn’t want this to happen to other people just to sell a car...BBB is my next step... More
