Service department is a complete joke. Came for appointment at 1245 it's 315 now and not started on my car. Only an oil change and tire rotation...it doesn't take 3 hours to do this type of service appointment at 1245 it's 315 now and not started on my car. Only an oil change and tire rotation...it doesn't take 3 hours to do this type of service. Excuse used was we only have 5 techs...NOT MY PROBLEM! I expect a discount but know I won't get one.
