I went nissan to replace my gas tank on 2018 nissan titan. The salesman ran my credit without asking me, after I had established that I was just looking to see what they had. The people were nice and all but it was a massive waste of my time, and apparently the sale established that I was just looking to see what they had. I specifically said multiple times that I won’t even look at a Nissan with a cvt transmission, he tried to show me multiple models all with cvt transmissions. It seemed like the more he interrupted me and didn’t listen to me the better he thought his sales pitch was I guess. An absolute waste of a few hours of my time and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit that I didn’t ask for, I’m never going back there again, ever. More

I found the exact car I wanted but I was disappointed in disjointed financing process. The finance person was overloaded with customers and kept me waiting and then took other people in between me delaying disjointed financing process. I did not finish same day, so when I came back, I had to start over with the paperwork. Also, they did not tell me I had to bring a check for my down payment and a charge card was not allowed for my amount so I had to leave the dealership and come back. Another trip delaying my ability to leave the dealership. My car was also not fully gassed up. This is the first time I’ve bought a car and it wasn’t gassed to full. More
