If I could give 0 stars I would! We had the WORST experience with Nissan Orange Park, so much misinformation! Telling us one thing and then telling us something completely different. When we finally agreed on a payment for a certain car, they no longer could make it work and wanted to put us in something completely different than what we wanted. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of knowlege, Customer Service, and follow through. You're not treated as a person, but as another number. In this day and age customer service is so VITAL and yet the customer service we received was horrible to say the least. STAY CLEAR! I am glad we got red flags ahead of time before getting a car from them, with their lack of knowledge and customer service I would be scared to get in a car that was a piece of junk. More
