While the vehicle was being transferred from your auxillary lot we discussed Carfax reports, F-150 towing categories and the car business. We took the F-150 for a spin and by that time I was sold...not on the truck, rather on Frank. However, I bought the truck nonetheless. One thing is for sure...I am absolutely certain Frank is ready for increased responsibilities and has the potential to succeed at any level. A man of his caliber cannot be held down. It still pulls to the right leaving me to believe they didn't fix the problem. Not to mention if u tell me a price I'm gonna pay for car after everything that should be it. Not an additional 6 grand. I was extremely disappointed in the entire car buying experience. Although I used Automotive Fresh Start Program, not one of your employees acknowledged me or thanked me for purchasing a vehicle. Secondl experience. Although I used Automotive Fresh Start Program, not one of your employees acknowledged me or thanked me for purchasing a vehicle. Secondly, I had to wait almost 2 hours to receive my car because it was not detailed. In addition, your finance person who too busy to help me with the paperwork so the Fresh Start representative assisted me with it and I did not receive a copy of any paperwork. I literally bought a car and did not get any copies. No bill of sale, no registration. I was so frustrated when I left I didn't realize this until I was headed to work today. Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back was you didn't even put gas in the car. I will never purchase another vehicle from Coggin Nissan of Orange Park again. More
