I'm not going into a Tirade about the experience I had. I was a co-signer for a friend (Older Female) to purchase a vehicle. All started of in normal fashion. However your Rep has gotten sour. After a test drive an issue was noted and the Rep was informed. His reply was "that's normal". After that my friend was asking questions but he ignores and walks off. It was also noted that He "stayed away" from us quiet a bit. In short my friend inquired about the issue (Transmission) with a certified Tech and I also have the experience in that field. We all agreed there is an issue with that vehicles transmission. She came back to your Dealership and cancelled the sale She will now look for another vehicle on your Lot or another Dealership. But now Trust becomes an issue We are not happy More
