I was in the process of trading my nissan Maxima at your dealership, provided all of the information that was asked, was approved for the deal and because your sales people don't know the difference with your vehicles, they went back on the deal without notifying us and we made a wastedtrip to do business with you. The car that was advertised as a special was brought out from the back of the lot and was test drove, when we went to crunch the numbers was told that there was a typo. We left without the deal. Good Dealership - Great Salesman Shopping for car to purchase at a specific payment. Walter Sanders was professional at all times however, you felt as your friend was helping you. He did not pressure us, in fact his knowledge of all the vehicles and understanding of our needs was impressive. Walter worked with the Sunday night 5/25/14 finance staff and they stayed late to make our deal possible and even stayed late in doing so. Working in a customer service profession and sales, we can verify Walter Sanders is an asset to your organization. Our time with Eddie B however was not the same experience and to keep this part of the review fair, we would say his customer service skills were less than we expected and would want to deal with again. It may have been an off day but he was within 30 seconds of having our family leave the dealership and seek a car elsewhere. Thank goodness Walter changed our minds. All in all the dealership provided us with a very nice car and a deal our family could work with and I would recommend this dealership. Thank you. More

This was refreshing considering that when I contacted other dealerships I felt that I knew more about the Rogue than the salespeople there. I scheduled an appointment to go to Autonation Nissan of Orange Park where I met Dale in person. Dale was extremely professional and I did not feel pressured to buy. He was very enthusiastic. I got the Rogue I wanted at a great price. He showed me how everything worked on my Rogue SL and was very patient with me. Thank you for such a great experience.
