Issue at first, but rectified with class! I dropped my car off for service, just an oil change and rotation. I was supposed to get a call when it was finished, however that didn’t happen. I go up there after 5 PM, and asked about my car stating I didn’t receive a call. They called the service manager back up to the store after Service dept. closed to get my car out. Vincent was in my service rep, and he apologized and didn’t charge me for service. Mistakes happen, and they handled it very well. Ill go back and recommend! More
