I bought my truck when it was called Autonation Nissan and had brought it in for serv Only giving 3 stars due to my disappointment and expecting more. I bought my truck when it was called Autonation Nissan and had brought it in for service here and there until service became subpar. I started making the drive all the way to Mayport to Atlantic Nissan bc of their friendly staff but gre tired of driving over there bc i live on NAS Jax. I bought my truck in for a repair, and was told they would have to order the part. It's been over a week now and I hadn't heard from anyone. I ordered something from overseas the next day and I got it earlier this week. Wondering if I was forgotten about... Conferred with friends and they agreed that I shouldn't have to call to see if a part they ordered for me was in. Looks like I'll be making the drive to Atlantic Nissan again... Update: They called and told me the part was in but I still wonder if it was bc of the review; regardless, I made my appointment and they were done in a matter of a couple of hours. Good quick service!! More
