Be prepared to wait I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM because i wanted to make sure i made it to work on time. Although i had an appointment for 7:30, i did not leave until 9:30 am. I dont know what the purpose of the appointment was.. i think the flow could be more organized. I saw many employees so if the flow was organized, i feel as if it would speed up the process. Employees are extraordinary! Other than the wait regardless of an appointment, i have no complaints. Oh!! This was my first service and i was supposed to have my tires rotated and that did not happen.. i waited two hours for an oil change... More
