Holiday plans RUINED 2nd visit to your dealership for a tire pressure light on my left rear tire. I have been countless other times for regular service for 2 cars. First v 2nd visit to your dealership for a tire pressure light on my left rear tire. I have been countless other times for regular service for 2 cars. First visit they put air in my tire and sent me on my way. This visit they looked further and finally discovered 2 extremely small holes on side walls of my tire 2 left tires. They were so small my service advisor said I was fine to drive as I had been but I will need to replace the tires eventually and they did not have my tires in stock. Which made sense b/c the tire pressure light would take a month to come on after air. I went on about my way and woke up the next morning to a flat tire on the left front tire. Never had an issue w/ this tire nor did it even have a TPL. Supposed to be heading out of town for my nephews birthday I called Fuccillo as soon as they opened and got Chris. I explained the situation and asked for assistance in getting my car back there to be seen. Chris told me I was “assuming” they had done anything to make this happen and I would be responsible for calling around to get someone to come put on my spare or tow to come back. No apologies. No offers to discount my service because I intended to return to purchase whatever tires they had so I could get on the road. I had a neighbor change my tire and I went to Tire Kingdom and gave them my $400 for 2 tires as I will continue to do so. Paul is great and always is great. Chris is a poor representation of the customer service you guys so heavily rely on. I will never go out of my way again (I live in Oakleaf) to spend another dollar there. More

Does everything always take so long? Making an apparently appointment means nothing.
