Being that it was a 3rd party vendor, there were many issue Michelle worked very diligently to get my warranty company to cover the repairs to my car. Being that it was a 3rd party vendor, there were many issues that needed to be dealt with. I was traveling and this repair was being done in a time frame that was very tight. Even though the 3rd party warranty company dropped the ball several times, Michelle's vigilance to customer satisfaction paid off. She was able to get the warranty work done and fully covered within a very short time frame. The workmanship was excellent and I have had no issues since the repair. More

Great customer service! The young lady at the front service desk I believe her name was Michelle, she was very polite and accommodating. Even when I became annoyed for whatev The young lady at the front service desk I believe her name was Michelle, she was very polite and accommodating. Even when I became annoyed for whatever reason (typical customer) she held her professional composure and treated me like a human being, despite my attitude. She broke down what I didn't understand barney style and even though I was offered some discount, I left without purchasing any service.However, I did return the next day just because of how I was treated (well) and she did follow through with the offer presented to me the day prior. I proceeded to get my vehicle serviced at this location even though I initially planned to wait and get it serviced at my home state. Well done Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park! I will be sure to come back to this location when I am in town to service my vehicle if needed! Also, with the little interaction I had with all the workers there in the waiting room (they all greet you and acknowledge your existence as you pass them by) I was truly impressed.
