I deal with Chris, the service manager and a young man by the name of Mike, the technician who works on my Nissan... When I first took my vehicle in for service I had said that I wanted the same service tech the name of Mike, the technician who works on my Nissan... When I first took my vehicle in for service I had said that I wanted the same service technician to work on my vehicle whether it be an oil change or a major repair.... Nissan has honored my request over the past 10 years.... I have recommended Nissan to many of my friends and I have reiterated "how well managed" the service department is for their customers. More
