I paid for an oil change and patiently waited for three hours.. The customer service wasn’t the best but I didn’t complain…Although after leaving my check engine light and windshield wiper fluid message wa hours.. The oil change which was ok. There is a known issue on the anti collision driver assist system causing the cruise control to turn off and not come back on until the car is restar There is a known issue on the anti collision driver assist system causing the cruise control to turn off and not come back on until the car is restarted when asked to address this it was not addressed.. Except to say that the cameras might be dirty well the cameras were cleaned and the problem still exists without any without any determination of how Nissan will fix it there is also a recall on the brakes. Both of these are safety issues and should have been addressed with a definite fix recommended. This vehicle has adaptive cruise control which controls the speed and the braking and these 2 items should be always working for the vehicle to be safe. I did not appreciate my wife being allowed to leave without a game plan for how this is going to be fixed Also our displeasure with the service was expressed to someone at the dealership and they said someone would get back to us and no one ever did. More
