Purchased this vehicle in May of 2022 nothing but trouble since I have had this truck took it in for the first service last month and was given a list of things that needed to be done such as alignment which since I have had this truck took it in for the first service last month and was given a list of things that needed to be done such as alignment which was actually done in late May early June of this year and in September of this year, I was told it needs another alignment. Today it just stops accelerating totally so now I'm paying for a 30,000.00 truck with possible transmission issues among other things. so now it's just sitting in my driveway as I had to have it towed home at my expense this is really a terrible situation to be in. I tried sending the GM a message but to no avail. I make my payments on time why can't I have reliable transportation for 30,000.00. I even called the service dept but was given some other number to call. I just need to get some legal help with this peace of junk that was sold to me that they knew had problems. Worse experience ever. More

This is my experience with Nissan of Orange Park. On 12/17/2022 I went to change my car. After running my Credit for 17 times, they gave me a 2022 Nissan Altima. The salesman did not know what he was selling and told me that the car had specifications that the car does not have... After a few months I refinanced the Auto Loan, I brought and sent the Paid Off letter to Nissan of Orange Park on 03/22/22 to get money back from the Gap and I am stilI have not received it. I have gone several times, text and called many more and to date I have not have an answer. In conclusion, my experience with Nissan of Orange Park was bad and continues to be bad.
