Loyalty update After writing last review I was contacted by Simona my salesperson to bring car in for repair. On her day off she came in and readily helped in getting a loaner till repair on back seat is fixed. I did not go to sales cause I’ve spent enough time there already. The service department is great and Simona is great also. As I stated a 2019 Kicks has a quarter inch tear in rear passenger backrest on side so she said MAY be done Saturday. She had seen my last review and maybe that’s what prompted the dealership to contact me so quickly. Not a bad dealer but you don’t the price or contact till you wait awhile. Total 8 hours. Will update again later. More

Loyalty? Purchased a new car from my very loyal dealer and was almost shafted. Sorry but my salesperson was great but hands tied on financing after almost 5 h Purchased a new car from my very loyal dealer and was almost shafted. Sorry but my salesperson was great but hands tied on financing after almost 5 hours went down 2% on financing rate since I have been loyal and this was the first dealer I went to I thought they might make it easy, wrong. It’s a business and now I know. The vehicle(new) has a small tear in backseat backrest and we’ll see how long this takes to repair as I let the salesperson know who informed the manger! Loyalty no more for businesses. Service department is above average as of now. Hopefully they continue. More
