I went into it knowing exactly what I wanted, however I wasn’t sure about the “new” dealership in town with the over the top personality you hear on the radio, so I decided to start with an internet connection, which turned into a phone call and an appointment the next morning. Every person I met that day was outstanding from Jenn to Chris, and to Kendrick. Kendrick stayed with me throughout the process. Jay in Finance-he was also outstanding. The others Colby, Marcus, and Mike all found interesting ways to connect with me, as well. I have bought many cars in my days, but this is the very first time I didn’t feel nervous or have to be looking out for the scam. I got a great offer on my car and a great deal on the new too. All in all I cannot express enough my thanks and great experience. This dealership earned my business this week. But also my business in the future. Counting my blessings, hate the car The dealership was exactly that a car selling establishment. People were nice music was really hype for somewhere you sign away thousands of dollars. The dealership was exactly that a car selling establishment. People were nice music was really hype for somewhere you sign away thousands of dollars. There was complication with them calling me constantly for weeks after I signed the car. There were certain papers the financing company needed apperantly but I didnt understand how I was able to leave with a car if there were holes amongst required documents. The employees were all nice doing their job and I'm very blessed to have a vehicle considering my wife son and I all walked away from a head on collision but I was really unsatisified that the day I came in to purchase a car it just so happened to be after the cruise filled up and before the TV enticement. More
