Overall a good experience We went to purchase a new car on this past Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted promptly by Blake but also by blaring club house music. I’m not exagg We went to purchase a new car on this past Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted promptly by Blake but also by blaring club house music. I’m not exaggerating when I say loud. My wife had to step out numerous times to simply get a break from the music. Blake seemed to be an honest salesperson. He asked tons of questions to ensure he showed us a car that fit our needs. He was in no way pushy about the need to “buy now”. We test drove and liked the car so we began talking price. 1st off they advertise all these great “included” service items you get only with them......come to find out you pay for that with a marked up MSRP. That was off putting but not overall that surprising. They presented me with multiple financing options but I had to correct them on the financing promotions and the cash back specials. Once we were able to get corrected, we discussed what I wanted to see the price at and we were able to meet in the middle without hurting anyone’s feelings. The dealership is greatly understaffed and struggled to handle the holiday rush. We agreed on everything in roughly 2 hours, but had to wait another 4 hours to get through all other steps. More

Gum, snacks, little paper plane and several of the staff even tossed the plane back and forth with her. This made it a much more relaxed process and everyone left with a smile. The dealership wasn't able to locate the specific one I wanted, but brought out a similar one in a different color. Come to find out later on, the other car was shipped to another location to be sold. Seems as though they never updated their inventory to reflect the change - bummer. After test driving, went through the standard "numbers talk." After some negotiations, we settled on a great price, trade-in value, rate, and extras. The process took longer than I had hoped, but that seems to be the nature of all car deals. The deal was pretty standard, and had no complaints aside from the inventory mishap. More
