Nissan of Omaha

My appointment was at 9:45am today and I was on time. Two hours later, I checked to see if it was about ready (oil change and tire rotation) but was told it was still outside. This is unacceptable and judging from the operation of this shop, I suspect it is common place. I have lost confidence and now don’t trust them enough to let them wash it much less change the oil or rotate the tires! After two hours and fifteen minutes they finally put it on a rack and I watched everything they did from the waiting room. After a two hour forty five minutes, I was asked if I wanted to wait a little longer to get it washed, but I declined. My service writer was contrite and comped all service costs. While he was very apologetic and seemingly conscientious, I feel there is a lack of leadership at this dealership. Everywhere you look, people are aloof, self absorbed and even lackadaisical. We were both so impressed and comfortable in working with Derrick the first time, so it was a no brainer to come back to work with Derrick again when purchasing our Nissan Rogue. Derrick is so laid back and not at all pushy in making a big decision like this. He is so patient in answering questions and is very well versed in all aspects of buying a vehicle. Had an appointment with Cody last Saturday but he had a family emergency and we felt with Maddy Lynch. My daughter was buying a car and Maddy was fantastic for her. Impressive employees = happy customers We had visited several dealerships before Nissan of Omaha. We could tell that the salesmen were not listening. The best new Car buying experience I have ever had Shamus did an awesome job as a salesman, he let me bring the vehicle to my house so I could let my wife (who was recovering from surgery) inspect it.
