My son went to this dealership and they attempted to sell him a used car as new. The car had 300 miles in the odometer likely a loaner or else. They seem annoyed.that my son was asking for $855.00 off MSRP but they held to their guns. They came up with the xxxx and bull story that the car came from another dealership. I call xx because if true they would have pulled up a car fax to prove it. They just took advantage knowing that he had to take an UBER to get there with his wife and 6 year old daughter. When my son informed me of what was going on I told him to just leave and not to worry that I’ll take care of the problem. When they were leaving the salesperson asked him to wait to see if he can make a deal work but the manager was adamant on charging MSRP on an obviously used vehicle. I am just sorry for the fool that ultimately bought the used car being represented as new. You should avoid this dealership since their representations were not honest. They simply saw a young family in need of car and decided to rip them off. I told my son NEVER to buy a car at MSRP specially if the car has been used and with significant amount of mileage in the odometer. More

Juan is bad financial adviser. He didn't explain very well on my sale tax.i bought the car Rogue with $36,000,he ask me to buy serivce with couple thousand,but i asked him how much He didn't explain very well on my sale tax.i bought the car Rogue with $36,000,he ask me to buy serivce with couple thousand,but i asked him how much total price i need to pay tax for DMV,he did calculate on phone with $38,000 * 7%= 2660 tax what i need to pay.and then me and my wife sign up paper work with him but at that time,i'm still thinking about the total price.i keep explain to me that total price is $38000 you pay only $2660 tax for DMV,he told me a few times like that,but last week i went to DMV,the total price is different,it raised up to $40,084 so i could pay $2880 something.im so Suprise on that,i stop to pay tax,today Moday,i come back to Nissan try to ask Juan about my problem,but he did'nt work there anymore.he try to cheat people like that,the dealership try to treat the customer like that,and then customers lost money for some reason what they confused.i hoped next customer ask them very well about all thing before you sign up paperwork.Now i need to pay more money for DMV with $200 difference.if the rate has minus,i will rate them with minus star. More
