Nissan of Omaha

My husband and I are extremely disappointed in Nissan of Omaha!! Back in the fall of 2019, we purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue. We were so excited as we were able to receive 0% financing and a bump Omaha!! Back in the fall of 2019, we purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue. We were so excited as we were able to receive 0% financing and a bumper-to-bumper engine and powertrain warranty. Now, when our Rogue needs a $12,000 new engine, they don't want to hold up their end of the deal. Nissan of Omaha dug through our entire service file, looking for something to void the warranty. They claim that we were 8,000 miles late on a transmission flush that we received years ago. Even if this is true, I don't think a late transmission flush ruined the engine in the car. We've also had ALL of our oil changes, service work, and body work for this car completed at Nissan of Omaha...my husband works on company trucks for his job and could have done all of this himself...in order to uphold our end of this warranty. Unfortunately, Nissan of Omaha just lost a valued customer and we will be sharing our unfortunate experience to, hopefully, prevent this from happening to others. More
