I had a great experience with this dealership about two years ago, which is why I felt comfortable referring one of my family members to purchase a used car here. Unfortunately, his experience was complete years ago, which is why I felt comfortable referring one of my family members to purchase a used car here. Unfortunately, his experience was completely different. He spent an entire day at the dealership only to leave frustrated and disappointed. He was repeatedly given conflicting information, promises changed throughout the process, and he felt misled multiple times. What should have been a straightforward car purchase turned into a stressful and time-consuming experience. I’m honestly disappointed because I expected better based on my own positive experience. I never enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a business I previously trusted, but I believe management should be aware of what happened. I hope one of the real managers sees this review and takes action to address these issues. Your dealership has the potential to maintain a strong reputation, but that can only happen if every customer is treated with honesty, transparency, and respect. It’s unfortunate that the actions of a few employees can damage the experience and reputation of the entire dealership. More
Went in for a scheduled oil change and a new headlight bulb. It is very disappointing that this literally took 3 hours and I lost a half days pay. What I assumed could not have taken more than an hour cos bulb. It is very disappointing that this literally took 3 hours and I lost a half days pay. What I assumed could not have taken more than an hour cost me 200.00 and a half days pay! That's horrible! Don't schedule it if you don't have time for it and then say it was difficult to get the light in? No!!!! More

Misleading mail stating minimum trade value for my 2022 Nissan Rogue with purchase of another vehicle. After spending nearly 2 hours at the dealership and deciding on a newer Nissan Rogue my trade in value Nissan Rogue with purchase of another vehicle. After spending nearly 2 hours at the dealership and deciding on a newer Nissan Rogue my trade in value came in significantly lower than it should have been based upon the offer that I received in the mail.
