Waited 2 hours for an oil change and almost late for an interview. I was told they had to go buy more oil. It’s a dealership. You guys should have extra at all times. Trying to make my 1st appointment took over 4 hours & then it was the next morning that it was confirmed. Had 8:30am appt. oil change & service, They didn’t start on servicing my car until hour later then it was the next morning that it was confirmed.
