James was very patient with us as we test drove three vehicles. After we chose one, he walked us through the purchase process, answered all of our questions, and went out of his way to make sure that we vehicles. Trying to make my 1st appointment took over 4 hours & then it was the next morning that it was confirmed. Had 8:30am appt. oil change & service, They didn’t start on servicing my car until hour later then it was the next morning that it was confirmed.
