STAY AWAY! Bait & Switch sales tactics here. Time wasters! I decided to lease a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport and shopped around for a good advertised lease deal and a dealership I felt comfortable with. At Nissan I decided to lease a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport and shopped around for a good advertised lease deal and a dealership I felt comfortable with. At Nissan of Mission Hills, I asked salesman Anthony about my preferred vehicle, trim level and color combination and was assured it was in their stock but not on the lot at the time. So Anthony had me test drive a Rogue Sport that was not my preferred trim level or preferred color combination. His manager Alfonso agreed to my proposed down payment and monthly terms and gave me a printed copy for confirmation of the lease terms for the vehicle I wanted. He assured me that they had the car I wanted in stock, but couldn't show it to me at the time. After spending over an hour there, they asked me to sign the lease on the spot, but I wanted to wait a day in order to get the okay from my better half, and give them time to get the car I wanted onto their lot for us to see. I assured them that my wife and I would come in the next morning to see the car and sign. The next morning on our way to the dealership, I phoned Anthony to confirm that they indeed had the exact car I wanted and confirmed the lease terms. "Oh, what color did you want? Oh, no, we don't have that at the price we quoted you. We have another one in that color combination but it's going to be more money." I was stunned! After spending hours of travel time, test driving and negotiating, they now renege on the written deal and want to up-sell me to a higher lease amount or want me to take the cheaper car I test drove. Huh!!?? These guys offered no apology and act as though this is their usual way of dealing with customers. I can only imagine how poorly they must treat customers for service, once you've bought or leased from them. I went to another dealer closer to my home and they were happy to lease me a car for the terms I offered, and were courteous and grateful for my business. Stay away from Nissan of Mission Hills. They're dishonest and will either waste your time or try to squeeze you for more money... or both! There are much better brand dealerships to work with. More

David said he felt very confident about honoring the price if we would come to the lot and test drive. We did so and David mentioned the price several times leading us to believe the deal would be made. After the test drive someone named Tony became involved informing us that he couldn’t meet our price. We went with our own pre-approved bank financing and had a blank check in our hands but no deal. Feeling very mislead by David and didn’t really appreciate Tony’s abrupt personality. More

I have recordings and transaction to proof confirmation. will follow up with Nissan headquarter with recordings. More
