Once again, I specifically asked for a vehicle with Sirius Satellite Radio. When the salesperson brought the vehicle out I was assured that this particular Nissan Sentra was equipped with Sirius Satel Sirius Satellite Radio. When the salesperson brought the vehicle out I was assured that this particular Nissan Sentra was equipped with Sirius Satellite Radio. However, when I got home to transfer my membership to the new car, there was no Sirius Satellite link. I immediately took it back to the dealership and told the salesperson what the problem was. They then sent out another salesperson to show me how to link up the Sirius app on my phone with the vehicle. It was close to closing time and I didn't want to cause a scene. This is the third time that this has happened with Nissan, twice at the Van Nuys dealership, which is another three ring circus, and now this. The last time this happened I wrote a scathing review for the Van Nuys Nissan Dealership and they got right back to me the next day and solved the issue with a new vehicle equipped with Sirius, provided that I take down the negative review. Tomorrow I'm going to try to speak with the sales manager to resolve this issue, then the Better Business Bureau. More
