The salesmen were friendly and helpful however Charles should be spoken with about using profanity & his attitude in the work place. I was in there with my 13 year old son and the manner in which Charles should be spoken with about using profanity & his attitude in the work place. Do they even sale anything with a attitude like Charles's? Frankly, I feel sorry for the men that work there as I saw first hand the way they are treated. More
My experience at Midland Nissan was a very good one, and that's coming from a cranky old Bull-Headed person. I am not easy to deal with. Fred Watson and his Supervisor Dallas Metcalf were very cordial an that's coming from a cranky old Bull-Headed person. I am not easy to deal with. Fred Watson and his Supervisor Dallas Metcalf were very cordial and patient with me. They explained my options and made me feel at home. I feel I was treated right, and will definitely buy from them again. Liz Montoya had us in and out of the financial office as quickly as I have ever been at a car dealer facility, and she explained the forms so even I could understand what she was doing. When I arrived it was just before noon. I was greeted and welcomed to Nissan and then asked how my day was not what they could do to help me. That was a huge plus, concern for customer's day then the sale 2n welcomed to Nissan and then asked how my day was not what they could do to help me. And if that isn't enough to make a customer smile, this was...I was invited to eat lunch w/them along w/another customer; we had some awesome tacos...then we got down to business. We looked at what I wanted and could comfortably afford and by the end of the day (5:00pm) Fred & Dallas had worked me into a beautiful white Altima that I'm still smiling and thanking God for. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone, however, especially my female counter-parts that are looking for a great car and don't need the extra hassle and being taken advantage of! Toyota has ten million vehicles on recall Nissan doesn't. And their prices is better, too. She's bought two Nissans recently (one at this dealership) for her clients as part of her job responsibilities, and her clients love their vehicles. When my '08 Toyota Tacoma was rear-ended and totaled recently, we decided to buy a Nissan instead of trying to deal with all the problems Toyota (and their dealers) are having. The sales lady was great and helped us to get what we thought was a great used truck that would fit our budget. We dealt with so many different people I really dont remember any names. The truck came from another dealership we had no problem waiting. The truck came in we signed all the paper work it was ours. Thats when the problems started. The truck was not cleaned and they only gave us one key we had to pay extra for a second key. About a week later they called us back because of problems with the bank and want to not only raise our monthly payment but the interest rate as well. We did make a new agreement on the price not as good but it was ok. We took the truck back today to get the tags and inspection thats when they told us the truck would not pass inspection. We didn't change anything on the truck it was still the same as when they sold it to us. The truck should have never been sold. With that I now question all cars sold by them and will never use them again. More
