Easiest car I have ever purchased I did not even consider getting a new car till Thurs night. That night I found the Midland Nissan pre owned section on their website and found several I did not even consider getting a new car till Thurs night. That night I found the Midland Nissan pre owned section on their website and found several cars that would work for me. At lunch Fri I went by. Rashawn introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I showed him the printouts of the cars I was interested in. He took a few minutes to look at them and said "I think I have just the car for you". We went for a test ride and 15 minutes later I too knew the car was perfect for my needs. I ended up trading in my Mustang convertible, a car I hated to part with, and got an almost brand new Malibu that would be much better for transporting my grandchildren. I had to go back to work. While I was away the team got me financed and after work it took 20 minutes to sign the paperwork. My new car was washed and waiting for me. I transferred my stuff from the Mustang, told it goodbye, and drove off with my new ride. So Easy!! More

A Simple oil change?! An appointment oil change took 1 1/2 hours. Drove off and the oil warning light came on. Had to drive back to find out what was wrong. Sensor disco An appointment oil change took 1 1/2 hours. Drove off and the oil warning light came on. Had to drive back to find out what was wrong. Sensor disconnected by technician. Drive off. No sticker about next service which is 3750 miles. Bad customer service throughout the process If a repeat customer is worth $100k over 10 years then they just lost that money. Won't be back. More
