Met my expectations and more, Daniel was very open to answering all questions from mechanical, technical and operation of vehicle. Completion of the sale and financing was swift and spot on. I have put off purchasing a new vehicle for 6 months due to previous poor experiences with salesman and/or financial people. This purchase really spoiled me! We were given a VERY fair deal on our trade and when we asked for extras, they made it happen, and they did it all within our budget. My new Nissan Rogue drives beautifully and has more than enough room for our growing family. It's a great value at a great price! My husband was so impressed by our salesperson and the finance team that he's already decided he will be returning to Nissan of Midland when it's time to replace his vehicle. So Easy to Buy a Car I was in the dealership to get an oil change on a Chevy I bought used from Midland Nissan. Because the car was not a Nissan there was a short wait whi I was in the dealership to get an oil change on a Chevy I bought used from Midland Nissan. Because the car was not a Nissan there was a short wait while the filter was ordered. I didn't realize this, though it makes sense, so I was upset by the time the filter got there. I expressed this dissatisfaction to the service department and the sales manager. They were all very calm and dealt with the situation very professionally. By the end of the situation they suggested that if I had a Nissan the filter would not be an issue. Long story short they were able to put me into a beautiful new Altima for very little down and payments not much more than what I was paying for the Chevy. From the service department, to sales, all the way through the finance process the staff were incredible. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend this dealership whole heartedly. I'm just sorry I don't have any friends looking for cars at the moment. I would love to send them in! More
