Where do I begin. Ha this place is a joke there is no level of communication or service between sales and management. I worked with Gerald he gave me the run around and was not straight forward with me a level of communication or service between sales and management. I worked with Gerald he gave me the run around and was not straight forward with me at all. Once I spoke to the manager and voiced my concern he then forwarded me over to Denva who gave me a ridiculous deal. This place will lie and furthermore have you running in circles. Don’t waste your time here especially if it is your first vehicle. I went to another dealership walked out with a 2020 Acura MDX. Had no issues the sales guy at Acura was so attentive . Understood my situation and did his job accordingly. The staff alone was amazing even their finance team. Nissan you guys have a lot of work to do. Customer service needs a lot of work. Despite the person situation if your hungry for a sale you are going to do what you gotta do to get the sale. The people at this dealership are just plain lazy . Save your time and money do not buy your vehicle at this location. More
Hard to Please client and I am very Happy. I have spent my entire career in the Auto Business, from mounting and balancing tires at the age of 15 to being a General Manager I have spent my entire career in the Auto Business, from mounting and balancing tires at the age of 15 to being a General Manager of a dealership at the age of 28. I have played all rolls and am still in the business. I love it. I NEVER LET ANYONE work on my truck or cars. Well that all changed yesterday, my Titan needed the trans serviced and I didn't have the special tools or the time. When I called Kristie Kaplan did a great job of getting me right in and got me a price much better than their competition (Erdman Nissan) who I was by the way very unimpressed with earlier when inquiring on a quote for the service. We dropped the truck off, I explained the trans was shifting early out of 1st, 2nd and 3rd causing a "bogging down dragging" feeling. Few hours later she called to tell me the technician had reprogrammed the TCM and ECM while servicing the transmission. All I can say is WOW, it shifts perfectly now. To think I was going to trade this truck for a RAM or F-150 just because of that issue and they took care of it at no extra charge to me. Real professionals here! It's almost impossible to find good people in this business, it was nice seeing a service department that wasn't out to lie and unnecessarily up-sell pointless services. I'd highly recommend calling Kristie Kaplan next time your Nissan needs service work. More

I generally DO NOT LIKE to chat with sales people about anything. But, I got the perfect sales person, Max. He's very pleasant to chat with, even off topic. Turns out, we both served in the Navy; same time frame; same port. Max does listen to your needs and works with you. Laurie, the Sales manager, gave us VIP treatment. Truthfully, I'm not a VIP. She's very sweet. MK, who closed our deal threw in a nice bonus offer at the end. We appreciate that. And the CAR! (used) meticulously detailed. Indistinguishable from new. I love this car! I love this deal! I love this whole team! More

The entire process was painless, our salesman (Rick Musick) was very helpful and friendly, he answered all our questions about the vehicles and was not pushy at all. Rick was very patient with us as we were not 100% sure at first what we wanted. Rick and his manager worked with us to get the best deal and get us out the door and on our way in a timely manner, we did not have to spend all day going back and forth about the out the door price. Rick went over everything in our new vehicle before letting us leave so we were familiar with our new purchase. We have always been Nissan owners and have always had good experience at Nissan of Melbourne, their staff and service department are very helpful and friendly. More

I walked into Melbourne Nissan for the first time and it will be the last time every. In the car industry if the trade in is at the dealership and all authorized and decision makers are at the dealership, there is no way they would walk out of a dealership. Well, they managed the assist me to walk out of the dealership within 20 minutes of entering the dealership. The best part of coming into this dealership was that they allowed me the opportunity to compare them to Mike Erdman Nissan. I ended up purchasing my new car at Mike Erdman Nissan hours later. I encourage everyone to shop around. More

I began to look at pre-owned Altimas where I was greeted by Max. The first thing I told him was that I am a current owner of a 350z and I was looking to get into another Nissan, but I haven't decided exactly what I wanted yet. However, I made it adamant that I wasn't looking for the same car as my mom. My mom has a Sentra and I didn't want the same car as her. I said this repeatedly. Looking over the Altima I get a rundown of the features before going inside and sitting at his desk. He grabs us a water, thank you. Tell him exactly what everything is on my end, budget, credit, etc. and what I am looking for. He seemed to make more small talk with my mom about non-automotive subjects than with myself. Hello? Max? I'm the potential customer. Establish rapport with me, not my mother thanks. Moving on, I get a condescending breakdown on how my trade in would work, how that would affect payments, my credit, etc. I'm 32 years old and Max is giving me a "Economics 101" lecture on really basic principles. I don't need you to write notes on a piece of paper and put it in front of my face, I am not in school and you are not a teacher. If that wasn't enough to sit through, I wanted to see what my options were. So, he asks me what color would I prefer. I said black. Now, being that I was looking at an Altima before going inside, talking about the features of the Altimas and Maximas once inside, I was thinking he was bringing one of those two models. Nope. He brings out a 2019 Sentra with less features than my moms 2014. Nowhere did I mention that I wanted a Sentra. I made it very known that I wasn't looking to get into one. Over and over again. Nowhere in the whole spiel and run-around and 101 class did Max mention that he was bringing a Sentra. And his response when I told him, well I'm not really looking to get into a Sentra, it's not exactly my first pick: "We'll my first choice is a Ferarri but we all have to ." and that's about all I cared to hear from him. I was pretty disappointed because I have owned 2 previous Nissans: A 1995 240SX and a 2005 350z. I wanted to keep being loyal to the Nissan brand, but that experience turned me away big time. If that wasn't enough, after I left the dealership, I was being spammed everyday with the same automated text message: "Tim, this is Max at Nissan of Melbourne. Are you still in the market for a car? If so, please let me know how I can help?" I replied at one point in time with a picture of the steering wheel and gauge cluster of my new car, to make a point. But, it wasn't received by anyone, since I was still getting this message daily. I called after 2 weeks of this and told them to take me off whatever automated list I am on. I have purchased another vehicle and I am not in the market nor interested in a Nissan anymore. I am still getting this same message as of tonight (8/21) after being at the dealer one time and making it clear I wasn't interested on (8/5). I was even contacted with the same automated message: ""Tim, this is ___________ the sales Manager at Nissan of Melbourne. Are you still in the market for a car? If so, please let me know how I can help?" I am really disgusted in the lack of professionalism and complete disregard of customer service from management and down. I was not treated like I was a person when I was at the dealership and with all of these spam texts, I am still not being treated as a person even after I have made clear to stop sending me them. If my next vehicle is a Nissan, it will never be purchased at this dealership and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The service technician did not place all the connectors back into the car to mount down the air intake manifold (minor). They also left a bendable magnetic bolt/plug extractor in the engine compartment that wrapped up in the internals, took out the radiator and subjected the components in the compartment to thermals well out of specification (major). They initially claimed it was not their tool, but less than 24h later they admitted it was and their fault. Their offer was to just replace the radiator fan and motor. No warranty, no guarantees, nothing on all the other components under the hood that potentially been negatively impacted by the heat or a bendable metal rod bouncing around under the hood. Everything else is fine, trust us. Sorry that trust went out the window already. Am currently still talking with them in good faith but after lackluster progress in them providing an acceptable resolution am exploring other avenues if the situation warrants it. At this point, they just seem to want to get the vehicle good enough to drive far enough for it to make it off the lot and wash their hands of this. Something goes wrong 5 miles down the road, I am on the hook it seems. Updates to the above review as of May 8th: Along with the replacement of the radiator fan and motor, they also needed to replace the electrical junction box to the radiator. So now along with very potential heat related reduction of the components under the hood, there is also now the chance of electrical issues down the road. Requested a limited two year warranty of the engine bay from the shop and was denied. Also requested $550 off the $1800 initial service to cover work loss due to having the car in the shop for almost a week awaiting parts, having to go to the shop several times and time with legal council. The $550 was also denied. The request of the $550 was due to them telling me that "this will not cost me anything". Eric Bush should of also said "asterisk" after that statement because it was just more bull. The above requests were after several times where I caught them lying (changing story) and not addressing all the issues. For example, after waiting the week for the parts to come in for the radiator, was called and told the car was ready. When I got there to pick up the vehicle, I look over the list of things they did and saw no oil change. When asked about it, got "Oh you want the oil changed too?". Dude, because of your tool taking out the radiator, the engine got super heated and you did not check or change the oil?! The oil was practically sludge when I checked it in front of them. They actually wrote on the new repair invoice that the oil was changed "as a courtesy for customer". Sorry, it was not a "courtesy" to catch them halfhearted repair of the damage they caused. Long story short, do not get repairs done here unless you also budget a lawyer and financial loss into the repair quote if they screw up. More

We called and talked to Matthew and said the price on their website did not match the better price on CarGurus and asked if they would meet it. After confirming they would, we drove 60+ miles to the dealership. We evaluated the car (after being handed off to another sales person who had limited to no knowledge of the vehicle). That was fine - we researched the vehicle - we just wanted to experience it in person. After deciding it was the vehicle we wanted, we asked to start the paperwork on the purchase. Things went from tolerable to deplorable quickly. They started with a price that was more than $5000 above the price on their website and $12K more than they had agreed to over the phone. They told us the price we saw was a "mistake" and that it would be taken down within 10 minutes. Great for them. After letting them "work on it" and waiting for them to "find coupons" we finally agreed with Abraham (the manager) that we could not agree on price. He tried several other tactics - including telling us that we just needed to accept the "great deal" he offered and worry about it later if we couldn't afford the payment. Needless to say we left - having wasted the afternoon. On our ride home, they called to indicate they "found a coupon" and we should come back so they could discuss the price more. We should have written a review based on that experience alone - however it gets even worse. As we are still in the market for a vehicle, we started a search again and found a different vehicle - but exact same options (we actually looked at it while we were at the dealership originally) listed by the dealership again for around the same price that started our interaction. Apparently they made another "mistake". If you want honest sales people, fair treatment, and an overall decent experience - look elsewhere. I'm truly not sure how this dealership is still in business. My sympathies for their customers. More
