They are as good as it gets! This place was recommended by several people after my car was in an accident. I always dread dealing with automotive places because of the complete lack of customer service. Ev by several people after my car was in an accident. I always dread dealing with automotive places because of the complete lack of customer service. Everyone was polite and friendly - how refreshing! They did a wonderful job on my car! I hope I never have a reason to return, but I definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you for everything More

Stay away! Was promised 22k for my trade in and had 12k of equity in it. John the manager got involved and once inside with the banker, the numbers started changing, and he started hitting buttons on the com of equity in it. John the manager got involved and once inside with the banker, the numbers started changing, and he started hitting buttons on the computer and on one piece of paper was one number, but on the contract he changed the price of my trade in! When I went back there twice to get my car back they told me no. Then I went to see the banker and he told me it was a "tactic" that John uses!! The car was advertised at a lower amount than what I paid,I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general's office. If you have a complaint I strongly urge you to call the BBB,it was simple, they have a C- rating that speaks for itself! Worst experience ever!! Bunch of manipulators that wear you down and pressure you! My trade in was changed from 22k to 19k!! I will seek counsel if I have to! More

This was an indescribable experience. One of the sales managers tried his hardest to sell us a car which I originally had no intention of buying because I wasn't quite ready. He tried and tried, by loweri managers tried his hardest to sell us a car which I originally had no intention of buying because I wasn't quite ready. He tried and tried, by lowering the price of the car and raising my trade in amount. We finally agreed to purchase a car. We had a great deal and were so excited. After we signed all the papers, a higher manager came in and told us we could not have the car for the deal we had already made! He would let us have it for another $6,000. Literally sick!. We were there for many hours only to Have our excitement dashed. An emotional roller coaster. I will never recommend this place. What they did was shameful! A total waste of time and energy. The "big" manager should have stuck by his other managers word. Especially after we shook on it, and signed all the papers. Disgraceful. They are HORRIBLE! More
Dishonest sales manager. Tried buying a new Sentra but sakes manager added $6k on top of MSRP then offered $4k for my trade in making it look like a great deal for my trade in but in reality had I taken t sakes manager added $6k on top of MSRP then offered $4k for my trade in making it look like a great deal for my trade in but in reality had I taken the deal the dealer would have gotten my car for free. I walked out after that. Very disappointed. It’s these kind of dealerships that gives honest dealerships a bad name. I went to Space Coast Honda and bought my car there. More
Car buying can be a very stressful process, but when I went to Nissan of Melbourne Will was very nice and accommodating to my needs and wants in a car. They put me in a new 2021 Rogue that I love. Terrible Sales Managers. Don’t waste your time. Bad for the Nissan brand. I found a car I’d been looking for on their website and got in touch. Responsive and helpful Sales people sent me some details a the Nissan brand. I found a car I’d been looking for on their website and got in touch. Responsive and helpful Sales people sent me some details and pictures. They let me know the price and confirmed the car’s condition. I read the Carfax and asked about any other fees. They went to the Sales Desk and then sent me a quote. The car I had been told was $6999 in an email, had gone up $1000 and become $9995 out the door. This seems to be a common ‘mistake’ at Nissan of Melbourne when I read some of the other reviews later. When I challenged this increase there became a sour undertone. “My manager doesn’t know why I am dealing with you”. The car business is all about appointments these days” “When can you come in?” And while I was in Florida I was not close by. But I was committed and said so many times. The amount was adjusted down and I agreed to the sale. Offered a credit card deposit. Sent my driver’s license and insurance card. Asked for a Buyers Order I could sign, told them the day and time I’d be there. Silence. I bought a plane ticket and sent a picture of it requesting confirmation and was then told the Manager has decided to sell the car to someone else. This car may have had an oil change but was in no way reconditioned with any preventative maintenance for its price. It had simply passed a safety inspection. Sales Managers and old school practices like these give Car Dealers a bad name. If you are not local to Melbourne Florida don’t waste your time with Nissan of Melbourne. If you are local, I wouldn’t recommend crossing the street for an ‘appointment’ where the price will likely not be the one advertised. (Copy to Nissan USA) More
We purchased a 2021 Kicks from Nissan of Melbourne. Worst buying experience ever! Salesman was pleasant and great, but, when it came to the numbers, the sales manager got involved. So, we agreed on a price buying experience ever! Salesman was pleasant and great, but, when it came to the numbers, the sales manager got involved. So, we agreed on a price, higher than the internet price advertised, but still within reason. Here's where it got shady. I was on the phone with insurance getting the new vehicle covered. Meanwhile, my wife was waiting for the deal to be transferred to the finance manager's desk. The sales manager stopped in and told my wife the plate couldn’t be transferred but it was only $300 so he would cover it. At this time, it was 7:50PM and the finance manager showed up and wanted to go home. She really felt we were bothering her and made it known. She put in the numbers and promptly printed paperwork for us to sign. My wife, wanting to read everything before she signs, caught that the interest rate was wrong by a full point! She said she wouldn’t sign unless she corrected it. The finance manager, not skipping a beat, changed the rate and reprinted the contract as fast as she could. At this point, the salesman and his manager stepped in, which I felt, to distract us so we wouldn’t question anything else. The wife kept trying to review the contract while the sales manager kept asking questions. The wife signed and we got our copies and keys. We left and arrived home around 9pm. Upon arriving home I notice that the plate charge for $366 was on the contract. I texted the salesman about this and he stated that he would talk to the sales manager about this. The next evening I texted the salesman again. He stated that he talked to the sales manager and that he would get back to me. This went on for a week until I had enough. I called the dealership and asked to talk to sales manager. I had to leave a message and was told he would get back with me. 2 days after this I receive a call, from the sales manager, stating that he would look into it. And, he agreed verbally that he told my wife he would pay for the plate fee of $366. I asked him why it was listed on the contract and he said they have to list it, but it was subtracted somewhere else. So, he askes me for my cell and wanted to text me a picture of the sales agreement. I gave it to him. He sent me a picture of the agreement. I was shocked to see that the agreed price was $660 LESS than what was put on the finance papers! So now we have overpaid by $1,027.26!!!! So I text back the sales manager and state my case. He basically stated that "I do apologize but there is nothing to resolve" and the typical car salesman crap of "I apologize if your looking at things in a different way" because they love to twist things. Wait, if the agreed upon price, no additions, was XXX, shouldn’t that be what was financed? So I called Nissan and stated my case. A few days later I received a nice call from them telling me that each dealership was independent and all they could do was "suggest" that the general manager call me. I waited for 2 weeks and never received a call. Last week I called and asked to talk to the GM. I was told I needed to leave a message and that they would call me. Well, nothing but crickets. There are other Nissan dealers in the area that I wish we would have went to. This will be my last time going to this dealership. I would highly suggest anyone wanting to purchase a Nissan go to ANY other dealership. More
